配送と受け取り

• Convenience store shipping: about 5–7日 (order at least 5日 before departure)
• 7-Eleven store pickup: about 3–5日 (order at least 5日 before departure). Fill in the store details and select 7-Eleven pickup at checkout
• Home delivery: about 2–3日 (order at least 3日 before departure). Select home delivery at checkout
• Office pickup: choose company pickup above and check location/hours
• Airport pickup at Taoyuan T1/T2 (order at least 1 day before departure). Not all products support this — only if shown above

注意事項

• Carriers may throttle sudden traffic spikes; locks usually clear within hours (same day at latest)
• Enter your correct departure date so the SIM can activate properly
• Provide accurate shipping details and ensure someone can receive the parcel; reshipping fees apply if returned
• Do not insert/power on the SIM in Taiwan — wait until you arrive at the destination
• On iPhone, remove carrier profiles (Settings → General → scroll to bottom). If none appear, you are fine
• On dual-SIM phones, use SIM slot 1 and leave slot 2 empty for activation
• Hotspot uses bandwidth; speeds vary by device and location — no minimum speed is guaranteed
• Carriers enforce fair-use policies; heavy short-term usage may slow or interrupt service
• Data usage follows carrier backend figures
• For heavy usage, prefer Wi‑Fi. Examples:
• Large uploads/downloads, video, livestreams, gaming, and media-heavy social apps
• Also disable auto-update/backup, social autoplay, satellite navigation (use standard maps), and cloud sync
• After insert, the phone auto-selects a network — do not change carriers unless support advises
• Day counting: if activated at 09:00 on day 1, day 1 ends at 23:59; service ends at local midnight on the last day
• Plug and play — if it fails, follow the in-box steps or contact LINE support (@djbcard)
• Hotspot is supported but not guaranteed on every phone; one SIM per person is recommended

返品・交換

• 7-day cooling-off period (not a trial). Contact support within 7日 of receipt; return unused items in original packaging
• To return, request within 7日 of receipt (per DJB logistics record) and ship by registered post
• Once used, returns are only for confirmed manufacturing defects
• Refunds are capped at the SIM purchase amount — no extra compensation for trip/work impact
• If it does not work on arrival, contact us immediately; we cannot refund after returning without notice
• Coverage varies by country/region; local signal issues alone are not grounds for a refund
